In the table below, check if your desired speed and load capacity are supported.* See page Pre-35 for explanation of each code that makes up the configuration name.N:NoneP : 1mS : 3mM : 5mX □□: Custom Length R □□: Robot cableLoad Capacity (kg) Load Capacity (kg)Technical ReferencesA-57 6 5 4 3 2 100 100600 800 Speed (mm/s)Vertical Acceleration 0.2G300 400 500 600 700 Speed (mm/s)Stroke 50: 50mm1000:1000mm (50mm pitch increments)OptionB :BrakeNM : Reversed-home SR : Slider Roller35 30 25Horizontal20 Acceleration 0.3G 15 12 Acceleration 0.5G105 010 200 400(*Minimum Speed: 100mm/s)21000 1200 1400IONTPNotes on Selection(1) (2)(3) (4)Due the large lead of the ball screw in high-speed actuators, operating at low speeds may cause vibration and/or noise. Therefore, use the actuator at speeds over 100mm/s.When the stroke increases, the maximum speed will drop to prevent the ball screw from reaching the critical rotational speed.Use the actuator specification table below to check the maximum speed at the stroke you desire.Since the RCP2 series use a pulse motor, the load capacity decreases at high speeds.Check in the Speed vs. Load Capacity graph to see if your desired speed and load capacity are supported. The load capacity is based on operation at an acceleration of 0.3G (0.2G when used vertically). The upper limit for the acceleration is 0.5G for horizontal use and 0.2G for vertical use.Actuator Specifications■ Lead and Load Capacity Model(Note 1) Please note that the maximum load capacity decreases as the speed increases.■ Stroke and Maximum Speed Stroke 50 ~ 800 ~ 900RCP2-HS8C-I-86P-30- 1 -P2- 2 - 3301200 1000 〈750〉 〈750〉Legend1 Stroke2 Cable length3 Options* The values enclosed in < > apply to vertical setting.Description C10 gradeCable ListType StandardSpecial LengthsActuator SpecificationsP (1m)S (3m)M (5m)X06 (6m) ~ X11 (11m) ~ X16 (16m) ~ R01 (1m) ~ R04 (4m) ~ R06 (6m) ~ R11 (11m) ~ R16 (16m) ~X10 (10m) X15 (15m) X20 (20m) R03 (3m) R05 (5m) R10 (10m) R15 (15m) R20 (20m)Positioning RepeatabilityLost MotionBaseAllowable Static MomentAllowable Dynamic Moment (*)Overhang Load LengthAmbient Operating Temp./Humidity(*) Based on 10,000km travel life.
